This is my Story:

I started studying human performance as a young man, driven by a burning desire to prove the world wrong. I learned everything I could about growth, change, and achievement, and I applied those principles to the letter. The small changes came first, then they compounded, and before long my life looked exactly like the life I had imagined.

I taught those same principles to others, face‑to‑face, long before the internet turned “influence” into a trend. I watched people change their habits, their attitudes, their performance — and I watched their results explode. Those were my green‑and‑growing years.

But after years of pushing, building, and winning, I made a mistake I didn’t recognize at the time. I stopped setting a higher bar. I stepped away, convinced I had earned the right to coast. And for a while, I did. Golf, music, freedom — it was a lot of fun until it wasn’t. Without new goals, without direction, without the daily practices that built my success, the old script started to creep back in. The fire dimmed. The momentum faded. And eventually, so did the things I had built.

It took watching everything nearly vanish to understand the truth: achievement isn’t the finish line. Growth is. The moment you stop applying the principles, the gravity of complacency pulls you backward.

When I finally returned to the core principles taught to me in my youth — the same principles that built my early success — I reset the bar and began experiencing the benefits of elite‑level performance again. Momentum returned. Creativity returned. Success returned. Not because of luck or contacts, but because I went back to what works.
